As the Executive Director of Florida Gulfshore Ballet and through his leadership roles at Safeguarding American Values for Everyone (SAVE) and People For the American Way (PFAW) Foundation, Jorge demonstrated an unwavering commitment to social justice and community service. In 2004, he founded Democracia USA, a groundbreaking non-partisan initiative that significantly advanced Hispanic voter empowerment across the United States.
His visionary efforts did not stop there; Jorge also played a pivotal role in founding the Latino Donor Collaborative and co-founded both the Florida Alliance and Arms with Ethics.
